How progression tracking works

Every day, the top 2,500 players by points automatically get a snapshot of their stats saved, which is what builds the K/D, W/L and E/G graphs and the daily changes table on each profile. It takes a couple of days of snapshots before those graphs have a nice line to show.

Once you've been in the top 2,500 you stay tracked permanently. If you later drop off, your daily snapshots keep going, so your history is never lost.

If you're not in the top 2,500, you don't get tracked automatically, but you can opt in. Find your profile, open its Progression tab, and hit “Track my daily progression”. From then on you'll get a daily snapshot like everyone else.

How the “Refresh Bird” button works

A player's stats are cached for up to 3 hours, so opening a profile usually shows recent but not live numbers without hammering the game's servers. If you want the truly current numbers, say someone just finished a match, hit the Refresh Bird button on their profile to pull their live stats immediately. That button can be used once every 30 minutes per player.
